To be sure, this story does not check all my preferences - but it’s written so extremely well that it doesn’t matter at all. Somehow the book manages to incorporate typical elements without being cliche, it’s sexy and erotic, but not pornographic. The characters are well-drawn, the prose uses just the right words. Simply wonderful. The meet-cute was a little hard to get through (a children’s institution that uses spanking is unthinkable where I live, and I have no Idea whether that would fly in the US), but then it’s lift-off. Full recommend!

The speaker is wonderful, as well. She really fits the story needs and the characters.
