This changed my life!
Martha Beck has the incredible ability to take you by your hand and take you to where compassion, peace and love is home. You will at least never forget the impressions but maybe already make steps back to that home.

Life changing, one of my absolute favorites
I’ve read already quite a lot of these types of books and I must say Martha Becks book has completely blown my mind. She offers an amazing compilation of tools which really helped me along my self realization journey and to find out what my hopes and wishes are for my life and actually really start to DO something about it too. It’s highly intelligent but also wrapped in a compelling story with humor and honesty and contains lots of examples which made it so fun to read. The author reads really well, very well to understand also for me as non native speaker. Love love love this book!

Just phenomenal
Intelligent, loving, precious, beautiful diamonds of truths that free, heal and connect us.
I don't know how she did it, but every time I turned to this book I felt seen, more love towards me and others and was a bit better human after listening.

Can I give 10 stars?
This book is absolutely changing my life. And I don‘t mean this in an “oh this is so inspiring let me be excited about it while I’m reading and then forget all the lessons as soon as I’m done” kind of way. That‘s what happens with most books. For me, at least. No. This book is life-shifting in that having finished listening, I can already feel that I have started to grow, to be more honest with myself and others, to move towards integrity in a way I never knew how. And now that I’m done listening, instead of downloading the next audiobook, I will listen again. Martha Beck, you are the soul teacher I needed to get me out of almost constant duplicity into more and more integrity. Thank you for that. And to anyone who may read this review, if you feel stuck in your life in any way, unhappy with yourself, your relationships, the way things are going, give this book a try. I‘m sending you infinite love and strength, because while integrity isn‘t easy, it really is worth it. I have an inner peace now that gives me so much light and I can‘t express enough how grateful I am. And no, this doesn‘t mean I never get upset about anything anymore. On the contrary. I am learning to let myself feel, if feeling that thing is what’s going to lead me into integrity. 💜

Best read with intention to be true to yourself.
Definitely worth a second listen. Some passages I went to right away, but I might buy this book in print as well, to make my own notes in it.
