great story - deleted while listening

i cannot believe audible actually deleted this audiobook from my device (i had downloaded it) while i was midway through! are you serious? either it's included in my subscription or it's not, but this really sucks! i would have assumed that once i download a title, i may consider that download mine. not so, apparently. i'm very annoyed.
(the story started out great, by the way, and anyway i love john scalzi.)
