Captivating beyond belief
Roadkill by Dennis E. Taylor is an action-packed sci-fi adventure that kept me on the edge of my seat for the full duration of the audiobook.
With an imaginative plot, lovable characters, and exceptional writing, this book is a must-read for any sci-fi fan.
The audiobook narration is top-notch (as always with Ray Porter, really), and I finished it in less than a day. Highly recommend!

Leichte, aber intelligente Unterhaltung
Auch wenn das Buch nicht an Bobiverse heranreicht ist es doch eine gute und unterhaltsame Geschichte. Es hat die selbe Leichtigkeit und ebenso witzige Momente, ohne eine platte Parodie von etwas zu sein.
Der englische Sprecher ist brilliant, insbesondere als Sheldon.

Excellent Entertainment
Fun, easy listening and overall very entertaining. This was my "First Contact" with Dennis E. Taylor and I will listen to more of his books. Especially when narrated by Ray Porter. I find him amazing.

Brilliant
I Really enjoyed this book while waiting for the next one from the Bobiverse series :)

Dennis is inspired by Craig
This was a joy to listen to. The story is really good and the performance by Ray Porter was excellent as always.
I like that Dennis E. Taylor seems to be inspired by Craig Alanson. He does not copy, he has his own ideas and his own rules, but there are similarities, like the use of missiles instead of other means of destruction.
I really liked that the protagonist didn't know what they were doing and kept making stupid mistakes. I think that is how it would really go in situations like that.
I also loved, that they where constantly tired, bored and had normal needs line eating and such. It really made them relatable.
The a**hole AI reminded me of Skippy from the ExForce series. That was admittedly funny, but also not very original.
Still, a great work!

This book is even better than I hoped
Very good humor, pretty straight forward. I like it a lot and can only recommend it. If you like complicated settings you might dislike it for me this is gold. The speaker does a good job in giving live to the characters.

Great Entertainment!
Ray Porter brings this book to live, the characters are very real and likable.
The story is well written and fun. Easy to get into and follow.
