Not What I Expected
Unfortunately I am disappointed with this final book of the Crossfire Series. Too many boring and long dialogues between Eva and Gideon; unnecessary summaries from the previous books; the epilogue should have been at least six months after the ending and could include what happened to Corinne, Deanna and the book, the Lucas family, Cary and Tray, Tatiana and her pregnancy. The storyline with Monica was a deviation which annoyed me.
There were moments when I felt bored by the book, but I forced myself to read it until the ending just because I liked the talented narrators.
Nevertheless, I would read other novels by Sylvia Day because I like her style of writing.

So wie die anderen Bücher, aber mit einem überraschenden Ende
Für alle Fans der Serie würde es schon Sinn machen dieses Buch auch noch zu lesen/hören. Es ist im Prinzip nichts Neues aber doch unterhaltsam. Ich persönlich fand die zweite Hälfte des Buches deutlich besser, also durchhalten falls einem der Anfang gerade nicht so zusagt!

Great ending!
A really great ending to the story of Eva and Gideon. I was captivated until the end and it never once got boring. It had me worrying and crying and smiling with them all the way through.
