Everyone should put Godin's voice of reason in his/her head, keep it there, ultimately give in to it, act on the remarkebly simple and powerful insights and the spread the word. The world needs more linchpins!

Gute Ideen und Kreativitätssteigerung
Seth Godin ist so inspirierend. Er hat wahnsinnig gute Ideen. Ein sehr kurzweiliges Hörbuch. Er hat auch einen täglichen Newsletter den ich sehr gerne lese.

True motivation book
Seth is able to provide enough examples and insight to show that there is no easy way, yet there is a way to do exciting stuff.
The message is not new, and why should it? So it’s about the delivery and here the book excels.
I did not like the accent on the ‘current economy’, I can imagine it can work better for others, though.
Would like to re-read on some time.

An important message. But only one.
Seth's Message is to invest yourself more in what you do today. Break rules if you feel this is better for your company and the people you work with. I agree with this message and Godin is very passionate about it, so this is all well and good.
But: the text is unclearly structured. Very short chapters or paragraphs with partially disagreeing messages, some examples, some personal stories, some believes of Mr. Godin. It is often unclear where he's going in his narrative and he seems to be jumping quite often.
While this book is motivational in itself, I feel others send a similar message with more substance (i.e. Covey) or with more motivational power (i.e. Ziglar). I suggest skipping this book for any the other authors.
