This is the most beautiful Thing ever!
It’s a credit and thank u to life and thought me so mich things . Arnold has always been a helpful guy to me and motivated me to push thru hard training sessions , personal problems , relationships and in my whole life. Im so thankful. And this book shows you that this is our beautiful task everyone can do everyday. To be thankful for the lessons and to be helpful others too. We can do so much more and often we inspire more people than we ever thought we could do. Arnold shows me that it’s important to be thankful and that humanity and to be generous is the most beautiful thing we can do. And life is always going on and if we don’t want to be stuck we have to have the courage to say i wanna learn from what happened and i don’t want to give up on me and the people around me. We are one and we can all be great, if we just always get back up!

Too short for such a good book
Simple and easy to assimilate told in a great and way from the master himself. Gotta love Arnold for his down to earth attitude and storytelling, despite the ultra famous status he’s got. Loved every minute of this book!

Inspiring book
There’s a lot to like:
Arnold is the narrator, lending an air of authenticity. He even deviates a little bit from the book, adding nice little flairs.
Despite his success, he comes off very humble.
Everything is very clear and precise.
I can imagine listening to this again at some point t into the future.

Ingenious!
Arnold is the hero we didn’t know we needed.
This book contains more useful advice than most therapist can give you.

Interesante libro sobre la mirada de Schwarzenegge
Es interesante el punto de vista que tiene Schwarzenegger sobre las cosas y como las encara. Algunos temas políticos si uno no sabe la dosis pueden llegar a ser aburridos

More inspirational then you can ever think
I didn't know how extraordinary Arnold was until I saw his speech about "self made man" (I don't recall where it was) After that I started following him, more and more I realized he was not a meat-head but an incredible human being. Him reading his own book makes it so authentic and real, I think I might listen to this book every now and then for inspiration.

love it!
Das Buch ist super alle Lektionen und Geschichten sind toll und auch für einen jahrzehntelangen Fan hat Arni noch viele ankedoten die frisch sind und nicht erzählt wurden. Die Krönung ist natürlich, dass der Terminator himself das Buch eingesprochen hat. Danke dafür! So und jetzt höre ich seinen Podcast.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Dieses Buch sollte man lieber hören als lesen. A. Schwarzenegger liest vor und es ist einfach nur toll. Er gibt uns einen schönen Rückblick seines Lebens und welche Lektionen er daraus zieht. Seine 7 Ratschläge sind zwar nichts Neues, aber es schadet nicht, sie nochmals zu hören. Die ehrliche, humorvolle und direkte Art von Arni ist sehr erfrischend. No Bullshit, just do the work and give back.
