‘A great storyteller hitting his stride’ – Lee Child, bestselling author of the Jack Reacher novels

When a man’s name is read out to be killed, he must do everything to survive. Run is a relentless thriller from Blake Crouch, the New York Times bestselling author of Dark Matter and Upgrade.

You only have time to . . . run.

FIVE DAYS AGO: a rash of bizarre murders swept the country.

FOUR DAYS AGO: the murders increased tenfold.

THREE DAYS AGO: the President addressed the nation and begged for calm and peace.

TWO DAYS AGO: the killers began to mobilize.

YESTERDAY: all the power went out.

TONIGHT: they’re reading out the names of those to be killed on the Emergency Broadcast System – and they’ve just read yours.

Kritikerröster

Imaginative, perfectly paced and extremely clever . . . Walks the fine line between page-turning thriller and smart sci-fi. Another killer read from Blake (Andy Weir, author of The Martian )
Blake Crouch has invented his own brand of page-turner – fearlessly genre-bending, consistently surprising and determined to explode the boundaries of what a thriller can be (Karin Slaughter, author of After That Night)
Terrific . . . A great storyteller hitting his stride (Lee Child, author of In Too Deep)
It’s clear you’re in the hands of a master storyteller (Alex Michaelides, author of The Silent Patient and The Maidens)
Amazingly gripping and totally immersive (Diana Gabaldon, author of Outlander)
Blake Crouch doesn’t pull any punches (Veronica Roth, author of When Among Crows)
Blake Crouch is brilliant. His innovative novels never fail to grip! (Sarah Pekkanen, author of House of Glass)

I can’t stop listening to Blake crouch’s books. They’re all brutal but his storytelling is just world class

Excellent Storytelling - Blake Crouch at his best

Ett fel uppstod. Försök igen om några minuter.
The tension of this story was maintained almost entirely throughout the story and very well paced and delivered. The details were also very good. I found the end a little abrupt and somewhat disappointing but perhaps that's just me. The story was rounded out to an ok degree. Thia book absolutely heldy attention like every other amazing Blake Crouch book. the narration was excellent in maintaining the suspense.

tension plus

Violencia gratuita que esconde falta de profundidad y calidad del relato. Para mí la peor novela de Blake Crouch con diferencia

Mucha acción

Excellent speaker. Story nothing for me. Simply running, shooting, being desperate, nervous,... And suddenly ending with no real end at all. Not the Blake Crouch I know.

Sort of a zombie story
