Captured by a powerful foe, Max finds himself teleported to a terrible prison.
His black skill, Bob, and Max work together to try and break free, but the mysterious captor stymies them at every turn.
A cruel game is played with Max.
He is released into an unfamiliar jungle with seven days to survive and escape, as the Hunter who captured him begins the most dangerous game they will ever play. Max and his black skill must try to survive in an environment far harsher than anything they've ever seen.
Will Max escape and survive? Or will he become yet another trophy on the Hunter's wall?

Good, but not the Best...
Ett fel uppstod. Försök igen om några minuter.
first the pros:
- worldbuilding overall is nice
- the voiceactor has a very good and solid range of different voices
- all characters are well portrayed.
- the mc has a strange grotharc that is well explained without breaking your system.
- you want to like the mc or both
- defently not a waste of time
my cons:
- the datinglife of the mc is pretty FAR too cringe and unimaginative... like a goodguy dating sim from korea xD
- the voiceactor has a good range but he tends to use really annoying voices on some lesser used chars. and the book six killed me while driving because of all of his staged screaming... it was hard to listen since i had to endlessly regulate the volume.
- Johnathan McClain uses 2 different teller voices (or changes through recording sessions) 1 is far better.

Solid story not worldmoving but a good time.

The main party gets only mentioned here and there to prevent you from forgetting their names.
The black skill remembers stuff, but not all of it, but it knows, that it will know more once the story requieres it... and similar stuff that kills the immersion.
Feels like Shawn did want to write a different book but had to continue this series so we've gotten the worst of both worlds :(
he lost me with this book :/
