He is known by many names - Clonelord, Manflayer, Primogenitor. He is the epitome of deceit and perversion, and feared by man and monster alike. Once the Chief Apothecary of the Emperor's Children, the madman known as Fabius Bile possesses a knowledge of genetic manipulation second to none.

Now a renegade among renegades, he is loathed by those he once called brother, and even the most degraded of Chaos Space Marines fear his name. Exiled for his dark experiments, Bile has retreated deep into the Eye of Terror, leaving a trail of twisted abominations in his wake. But when a former student brings word of the ultimate prize for the taking, Bile is unable to resist being drawn once more into the cauldron of war. For in seizing this prize, Fabius Bile might yet discover the one secret his has been unable to unlock...the secret which will prevent his inevitable doom.

I was eager to get to know Fabius Bile. I was not expecting this. I quite liked the story and the reader as well.

Not as I expected

One one the few book I can hear over and over. Great VA great story and only the start of a really good trilogie.

The Character of Fabius Bile

The story starts super interesting with Olyander going back to his former master, and from there you start meeting all the characters that are very nicely written.
The story is about some players who try to Manipulate Fabius into doing certain things where he ends up in a craftworld and it has a lot of plot twists and is just an amazingly well-written book.

Amazing start to a trilogy

Ein Roman in dem ein World Eater die vernünftigste Person ist muss einfach gut sein

Gut geschriebene Charaktere

The Story was alright. Not bad, but also not outstanding. It was interesting to see sane Chaos Marines especially a World Eater, but i have read the nightlord book right before so it was not a totally novel idea to me.

Good VA, alright Story
