    There’s so much going on in my life right now. Preparing for open heart surgery. Before I get there though, I feel like I need to get some stuff off my chest, literally and figuratively. These last few episodes are just that, me having a therapy session. I guess I’m on your couch. Letting this stuff go.

    I just decided that I’m going to use my podcast as a diary for the next few months. As I prepare for, have, and recover from open heart surgery. I’m grateful for life. I’m grateful that we caught this. I’m grateful that I get to go through this and have every confidence and faith that I’m going to be okay. I’m looking forward to that. As I get there I still have work to do. I will continue to do that work, speaking life, writing life, and living life.
