They explain their struggles, including suicide and self-harm. They are bringing awareness of how serious the topic of suicide and mental health is within the campus and their age range. Kat discusses past experiences with suicidal behavior and Tricia, and they advise those who still struggle to have a change in environment and keep friends and family close.
