 2026 is here, And I believe it's time we all have this conversation. Things are not getting any better in our country when it comes to the judicial system and justice. I've talked to several of my friends who are still in prison despite them being obviously innocent (Jason Perez - 22 years, Carmen - 43 years, and Justin Stevenson - 9 years). Our constitutional rights in America have been saturated by case law and the misinterpretation of judges who have allowed the position to overwhelm their ego. Your freedom, your rights isn't dependent upon the wording of our Constitution, and our lives have become a lucrative commodity. There are too many people in prison who don't deserve to be (Matthew Garcia - 28 years, Shakur - 40 years) Addiction has also Spiraled out of control and has consumed our country. The youth is being influenced by immaturity without regulation, and the consequences are becoming discernable. We need a different approach then what we've been doing. From writing and publishing books, to having his very own podcast, this man is an asset to the community - that he is not even allowed to be apart of. When a person has shown this much ambition and dedication, they are certainly desrving of a second chance.

    Seeing all of these videos that have been posted showing the interior to SCI Graterford (the larges abandoned prison). I saw two cells that I once lived in and then I could smell the prison as if I were there. Our system in is broken and we need to fix it. I was 19 years old when I was sent to SCI Graterford for simple drug posession. I met Shakur while I was there
