Zachary Listens is a podcast for men, those who identify as men and those who care for them.

I am your host and a counsellor in training, meaning I have reached the final stages of becoming a qualified counsellor.

The journey to becoming a qualified counsellor is probably not what you would expect. I aim to dispel some ideas about counselling, men and counselling as clients or as counsellors.

Through listening (and subscribing), you will gain some valuable insights about managing your well-being. I will ask some ordinary men about their lives and how they survive and thrive.

These men will inspire us to be more excellent to ourselves and those we care about.

This podcast will make your head and heart a little lighter.
