Unfortunately toxic parenting is very real and common. Some parents do not understand the trauma they cause their children with the things they say and do.

This episode is in no way to shame our parents for how they raised us. They did incredible jobs! I mean look at us...lol. This episode simply addresses the reality of the effects from toxic parenting.

There's so much pressure to put a label on what we do and who we do it with.  What's wrong with just going with the flow? Take your time and find out if both of you meet each other's emotional, mental, and physical needs and desires.

Millions of people have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and millions have died since the discovery. There are so many stigmas and misconceptions associated with the virus. Advances in medicine have made it possible for individuals living with HIV/AIDS to live very normal lives. 

Tay shares his story to bring awareness to people who may not be knowledgeable of the virus.

Toxic Masculinity and Homophobia are very prominent in today's society. I invited my friend, Braylon on to get a straight man's perspective on the LGBTQ+ community and his association with the community. 

I am so sick of the rise in body shaming. I invited my girl Erica on to discuss her experience with loving herself. What someone's body should look like is a prime example of a social construct. Looks are all up to an individual's opinion and preference. I encourage you all to ignore that social construct and find value in yourself!
