This is a space for mindful mamas committed to living their best lives while raising kids to thrive. The ones setting boundaries, breaking generational patterns, making learning a lifestyle, and raising their kids with intention—even when it feels messy or misunderstood. I’m Jamie—a mama, wellness coach, and cancer survivor—here to share what I’m learning and have the conversations I wish more moms were having. In each episode, you’ll hear either a journal-style solo from me or a raw, inspiring interview with another mom on the wellness train. We’ll talk about supporting our bodies through movement, nourishment, rest, and rhythm; regulating our nervous systems, ditching diet culture, living cyclically, raising conscious kids, and coming home to ourselves—over and over again. No shame. No shoulds. Just stories, insights, and reminders that you’re not doing this alone. Because when moms feel grounded, inspired, and wildly well—everybody benefits. 🫶Copyright 2026 Jamie Hardy Cooper Alternative & Komplementäre Medizin Beziehungen Elternschaft & Familienleben Hygiene & gesundes Leben Persönliche Entwicklung Persönlicher Erfolg
  • Recovery: 5 Ways to Restore Your Energy and Build Resilience
    Jun 16 2026

Over the past several months, I've had the privilege of sitting down with sleep specialists, chiropractors, herbalists, strength coaches, and nervous system experts. Every conversation has left me with pages of notes, new perspectives, and little gold nuggets of wisdom. 🤩

As I reflected on these conversations, I noticed a common thread running through nearly all of them: recovery matters.

In this solo episode, I'm bringing together some of the most practical and impactful lessons our recent guests have shared and exploring five powerful ways to support recovery, restore your energy, and build resilience.

    We'll dive into:

    • Sleep

    • Nervous system regulation

    • Movement

    • Nourishment and herbs

    • Listening to your body

As moms, it's easy to focus on doing more—checking off the to-do list, taking care of everyone else, and pushing through exhaustion. But what if the missing piece isn't doing more? What if it's creating the conditions that allow your body to do what it was meant to do through recovery?

My hope is that this episode leaves you feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with a few simple tools to help you care for yourself with more intention and compassion.

Because recovery isn't a reward for getting everything done.

It's a requirement for being human.

  • Why So Many Women Feel Exhausted: Sleep, Stress & Nervous System Healing with Dr. Maria Guzman
    May 26 2026

If you’ve ever laid in bed completely exhausted… but your mind just won’t turn off… or you wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning unable to fall back asleep… or you’re technically “getting enough sleep,” but still waking up tired… this episode is for you.

In this deeply validating and eye-opening conversation, I’m joined by triple board-certified sleep physician Dr. Maria Guzman, founder of DreamLife Medicine & Wellness. Together, we explore why so many women feel chronically exhausted — and why the answer often goes far beyond simply “getting more sleep.”

Dr. Guzman shares how stress, nervous system dysregulation, perfectionism, hormonal shifts, and constantly living in overdrive can all impact the body’s ability to truly rest and restore. We also talk about the connection between emotional health and sleep, why so many women feel “tired but wired,” and how learning to work with the body instead of against it can create profound healing.

This episode is filled with compassionate, practical, evidence-based tools to help you better understand your body, calm your nervous system, and create more restorative rest — especially in the midst of motherhood and modern life.

    We talk about:

    • Why so many women feel exhausted even when they’re sleeping
    • What “tired but wired” actually means
    • The connection between stress, hormones, and sleep
    • Breathwork, somatic tools, and realistic nervous system support
    • Learning to feel safe enough to truly rest

Whether you’re struggling with insomnia, burnout, anxiety, night waking, or simply feeling disconnected from your body… I hope this conversation helps you feel seen, supported, and reminded that your body is not broken.

  • Plants, Planets & the Path Back to Wholeness with Marija Hubbard
    May 12 2026

This week on the Wildly Well Mamas Podcast, I’m joined by Marija Hubbard — mother, clinical herbalist, artist, and Vedic astrologer — for a deeply grounding and expansive conversation about reconnecting with nature, ourselves, and the wisdom woven throughout both the Earth and the Cosmos. 🌿✨

Together, we explore herbalism as humanity’s original blueprint of medicine and discuss what it means to move beyond simply “using herbs” into truly building a relationship with plants.

We also dive into the fascinating world of Vedic astrology — an ancient system that helps us better understand our karma, purpose, gifts, challenges, and the deeper rhythms of life.

This conversation is an invitation to slow down, zoom out, and remember that healing and wisdom are not separate from us… they are woven into the natural world all around us.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Herbalism as ancestral medicine
    • Building relationships with plants
    • Herbs for motherhood, nervous system support, and daily wellness
    • The difference between Western and Vedic astrology
    • Karma, dharma, and understanding your life path
    • Birth charts as tools for self-awareness and empowerment
