As a result, employees work without standard instructions. Consequently, each shift executes the same task in a completely different way.     FLIPPING THE SCRIPT ON STRUCTURAL CHAOS

    Addressing bad cultures with bad leaders requires visibility and behavioral consistency, not more software. To turn a failing facility around, you must strip away the ability to make excuses. You do that by bringing process controls directly to where the work happens.
