In this podcast I talked about why I focused on my health and fitness and why you should too? I didn't focused on my health and fitness until 2019 if I believed. Until 2019 all I do was eating junk food and drinking sweet and soda most of the time. I drank 5-10 can of Mountain Dew when I first got to Columbus, Ohio. Even in Malaysia I was doing the same drinking a lot of soda. It is not good for my body. What got me to focused more on my health and fitness is that when I look myself in the mirror I saw myself and I don't what I see myself in the mirror. I was fat and tired easily. So I deiced to get to change it. I don't want to spoil it too much on description. I talked more about in the podcast and I even share 3 tips to improve your health and fitness.
