As traditional stories and knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation, Indigenous peoples have increasingly adapted as new formats become available.
Yorta Yorta/Ngarrindjeri man, Cienan Muir is on the leading edge of Indigenous storytelling, using gaming and pop culture as methods to tell traditional stories and engage young Indigenous people. As founder of Indiginerd, a space to celebrate Indigenous creativity, he launched Indigicon as a platform for Indigenous people to come together and share their stories.
