Let me know what you loved about the episode!
Life isn't always necessarily stressful, but it can be busy.
In this episode, I'm reflecting on a season where life has been particularly busy. Whilst none of these things were negative, they reminded me how easily a busy season can tip into overwhelm if we're not paying attention to what we need, even when the busyness is lovely things.
I share the small habits that helped me stay grounded, why recognising your own warning signs is a form of self-awareness, and how creating tiny moments of calm can make all the difference when life feels full.
In this episode, we explore:
- Why "good busy" can still feel overwhelming.
- The subtle signs your nervous system might be asking you to slow down.
- How to recognise what you need before overwhelm takes over.
- Simple ways to reconnect with yourself during busy seasons.
- Why self-care isn't something we do after we're overwhelmed, but something that helps prevent us from getting there.
