In this episode, I sit down with my very first guest, Yevette Gooden. She shares how she came to Christ in the front seat of a little Chevy Chevette, and how that moment changed the direction of her life. Yevette opens up about her journey through grief after losing three close family members, and how God’s Word, especially the Psalms, helped her keep going.
For over 35 years, journaling has been her way of talking to God, writing to “an audience of One,” and she explains how this practice has kept her grounded and hopeful through hard seasons.
