Today we get a deeper look into the man, the myth, Oat the Goat. Sean is a 34-year-old civil engineer based in Columbus, Ohio, on a lifelong journey to live as his authentic self so he can better serve others. After years of living with chronic pain, chasing perfection, and putting everyone/thing else first, he has found freedom and purpose in a more grounded, intentional way of living.

He's passionate about holistic health, functional movement, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness practices. He believes that in a world obsessed with speed, efficiency, and tech-driven solutions, it’s the simple, human things like social connection, real food, intentional movement, breath, and stillness that truly move the needle.
