This was a special episode. My home girl Tay (the owner of Dips2Wings Catering) and I sat on the porch talking about rejection.

A topic that no one really likes to discuss.

We had such a deep conversation about rejection and other aspects of life.

Much needed conversation that was very powerful and productive.

This episode was worth the time it took. It was such an amazing episode. My beautiful guest Kadejia came through and dropped gems and a little wisdom on how to slow down and enjoy the journey.

The transparency is real. Moments were corrected and lessons were learned.
