In today’s episode we're going to talk about regulation & not as a simple checklist of tools but as something that’s deeply dependent on the state you’re in. Because what I've discovered is that what supports someone in survival mode can feel very different from what supports someone in burnout or depression and without that distinction, regulation can become confusing when it’s meant to be clarifying.
This conversation matters, especially when it comes to intuition, because the way we understand regulation shapes how accurately we interpret our inner guidance and respond to it.
