I finally got my hands on the book Ordnungen der Liebe (Rules of Love) by Bert Hellinger, and I can't wait to share with you my biggest takeaways that will help you step into your power! ✨​

Bert Hellinger and his predecessors in family constellation work discovered that in every family, there are hidden dynamics at play that shape your life, your decisions, relationships, health, and your potential.

Meaning… if you're hitting a glass ceiling with your income, or your romantic relationships aren't working out, or your health is continuously suffering, it could be that you're unconsciously playing out an unresolved, or hidden family dynamic that has nothing to do with you.

He also found that the family system needs to be put into a certain order to be in balance and for its members to be at peace. He called this the rules (orders) of LOVE. 💗

These rules work unconsciously. They are universal. And they are different from what you and I've been taught.

In this episode, we explore:

✨ Why taking responsibility for your actions and being willing to carry the consequences creates balance for you and even your descendants

✨ Why saying "Please forgive me" can actually put you in an unequal position, and what to say instead to stay in your power
