As a young girl, my report cards all had two main themes - Venetia talks too much, and she's bossy. That was the day I discovered my voice, and for that matter, my agency. See, had I not, I would have likely lived the rest of my life on autopilot. This transformation has led me to a career where I've spent the last two decades as a trainer, coach, and business strategist across multiple industries and boardrooms, and recently the author of the Snap Out of Your Comfort Coma and journal.
