In this first episode, little listeners are introduced to the world of Tots at Play, a warm, movement based podcast designed for toddlers and preschoolers.
Children practice stretching, finger and toe wiggles, and simple imagination play as they “open” the Tots at Play Adventure Door.
What Kids Will Do:
- Try simple warm-up movements
- Practice stretching and body awareness
- Use imagination to open the “Adventure Door”
- Take calming breaths at the end
