 🎙️ Hi, I'm Wanda Hernandez — a passionate new voice in podcasting from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I’m 32 years old and started podcasting in October 2024, but my journey into mental health advocacy began long before that. Since 2017, I’ve been actively involved in the mental health community, sharing my experiences, listening to others, and showing up consistently — both for myself and for those who need a reminder that they’re not alone. I live with borderline personality disorder, and I’m proud to say I’m in therapy, I take my medication, and I’m committed to growth. My podcasting journey is an extension of that commitment — a space where honesty, vulnerability, and connection come first. I also host live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, where I engage with people in real time about mental health, healing, and the ups and downs of being human. I believe in building a community of like-minded creators who support each other’s journey toward well-being — not just as podcasters, but as people.
