Day 13: World Hunger. When Jesus was tired and exhausted He still took the time to feed the hungry. He made sure that the people who were following Him were not only fed spiritually, but physically as well. He was moved with compassion toward them and refused to allow them to leave hungry, even when His disciples were tired and wanted to send them away. It is at this time that we see a massive miracle occur. He challenged His disciples to step out in faith and feed the multitude. 5,000 men with 2 loaves and 5 fishes. Even when tired, Jesus showed us that He serves those who are seeking Him. He has also shown us that it is our responsibility to care for those in need.
