    Welcome to the kitchen sink! Let’s be honest: doing the dishes is the chore we all love to hate. Whether it’s executive dysfunction, a sensory "no," or just a mountain of Tupperware standing in your way... doing it alone is the hardest part.

    In this episode, I’m stepping in as your Body Double. You don’t have to tackle the mess by yourself! We’re using a mix of guided meditation, plenty of laughter, and the rhythm of scrubbing to transform this boring chore into a state of flow.
