In this reflection, I explore the experience of shared presence — being with others in a way that feels open, attentive, and alive.

Towards the end, I reflect on the idea of softness: softening our behaviour, our activities, and our relationships, and meeting life with receptivity rather than resistance. A gentle invitation to collaborate with life instead of pushing against it.
