Transactional communication keeps things functional, safe and predictable, but often nothing truly shifts. Transcendental communication is different. It opens something, invites reflection, challenges automatic thinking, and creates the possibility for real change. We look at why this kind of communication requires self-trust, courage and presence, especially for women who have been taught to stay polite, smooth and non-threatening.
