My goal is to create a safe space for real conversations—whether you’ve lived through these experiences yourself, watched someone you care about go through them, or you’re just trying to understand what these patterns look like.

I’m not an expert or a therapist. I’m just someone who has seen enough to know that these stories matter, and these conversations are necessary.
