Serving Others is more than keeping up with my to-do list!
I am choosing to do something for someone else without expecting anything else in return!
My call to serve is an invitation from God for my spiritual growth!
Serving God and others is not about doing great things but about doing small things with Godly love.
Ephesians 6:7-8- " Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free."
Serving God allows us to experience His joy and peace that comes from being obedient to Him.
Serving like Jesus grows out of genuine love for our Savior and of the love and concern for people that God has placed in our lives.
Serving means I am willing to work in whatever role that will benefit others.
When I am serving God I am doing his will and doing what He has commanded me to do.
Jesus is our greatest example of serving: washing feet, feeding the crowds, healing the sick, raising the dead, and teaching the word of God.
