    A proud veteran of Her Majesty’s Royal Navy, Ronnie served as a Physical Training Instructor Specialist for HM Armed Forces—a role that speaks volumes about his discipline, strength, and commitment to helping others reach their peak potential.


    Ronnie is also a Krav Maga black belt and a dedicated practitioner of multiple martial arts, including boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and submission grappling. But don’t let the black belt fool you—he’s one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. A true animal lover with a heart as big as the ocean, he’s soft-spoken, yet grounded in deep wisdom, and brings a powerful, calming presence to every space he enters.
