Time Out fostering, based in Lancing, West Sussex, is dedicated to helping improve the lives of young people, providing loving, caring homes across Sussex and neighbouring counties. They are recognised by Ofsted as an ‘Outstanding’ service, offering excellent individual support and training.

In this episode, Phoebe Cornish and Time Out Fostering look into the role of birth children in a family in which the parents foster. It explores the impact of this family dynamic and addresses the challenges of balancing the two.

The Episode features interviews with some of Time Out Fostering's carers and their families from West Sussex and talks to them about their experience with fostering.
