This week we hear from Ji Seon Lee, Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Social Service at Fordham University and a 2022 APL nextED Women Leading in Academics Award recipient. She will begin her new position as Associate Provost of Faculty Affairs at Fordham University July 1, 2022.
Ji Seon spoke with Kathleen Gibson, APL nextED CEO and Founder, and shared valuable lessons learned this past year, her approach to the transitions occurring in higher education, and ways to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of both faculty and learners.
