    #47 SELF-WORTH - THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING
    The Final Episode of 2025.

Happy New Year. This is it - the last episode of 2025. And what a year it's been. I hope this year brought you closer to who you truly are. Even if just a little. Even if just in moments. Because that's the real work, isn't it? Not becoming someone new, but remembering who you've always been beneath all the layers of conditioning and expectation.

Today, I want to talk about something fundamental. Something we often confuse but desperately need to understand: The difference between self-esteem and self-worth.

In the last episode I talked about self-esteem and this time I include self-worth. Self-worth is the unshakeable knowing that you have value simply because you exist. Not because of what you do. Not because of what you achieve. Not because of who loves you or how you look or what you contribute.

But because you ARE. Being the spiritual entity having a human experience.
Not the other way around. You're not a human trying to become spiritual. You're spirit - eternal, infinite, divine - temporarily clothed in human form. And spirit has inherent worth. Always. Unchanging.

Your soul doesn't earn its value. Your spirit doesn't prove it deserves to exist. It simply IS. And therefore, it's worthy. In the episode I will take you into an altered state of mind for a very short while so you can sense what I am talking about.

We go through the same themes again and again and most of our experiences with love and relations is connected to our lack of self-esteem due to unhealed childhood traumas and experiences: The same lessons, the same patterns, the same struggles - but each time, we spiral deeper and expand IF we choose to look inward and work with ourselves and heal. Each time you encounter self-worth issues, you're not "failing" or "not getting it." You're meeting the same lesson at a deeper layer. With more awareness. With more capacity to see and integrate and heal - remember that.

My words for you is to inspire you to sense the meaning of my words about self-worth.

    Thanks for listening

#46 AWARENESS, SELF-ESTEEM AND BREAKING THE PROJECTION CYCLE

Have you ever been in the middle of a fight with your partner and suddenly realized - this isn't really about them? That feeling when you're upset about something they said or did, but the intensity of your reaction feels... bigger than the situation deserves? When you hear yourself saying things or feeling things that seem to come from somewhere ancient and wounded inside you?

That's your inner child projecting. And here's what most of us don't realize: We're doing this constantly. All of us.

Every time we enter into love- into intimate relationship, into vulnerability, into opening our hearts to another human being - we bring our whole history with us. And I don't just mean the conscious history, the stories we know and tell about ourselves.
I mean the wounds we carry from when we were small and powerless. The times we weren't seen. The moments we weren't held when we needed it most. The love we didn't receive in the way our little hearts needed it. The messages we internalized about whether we were worthy, lovable, enough. All of that lives in us. Waiting.

And then we fall in love. We open our hearts. We let someone in. And suddenly, that wounded inner child wakes up and starts projecting all those old, unhealed traumas onto this person we love.

And here's the painful truth: They're probably doing the same thing to you.

When they snap at you over something small, when they shut down emotionally, when they criticize or withdraw or cling - that's their wounded inner child projecting their unhealed trauma onto you. So we end up in this dance - two wounded children in adult bodies, projecting our past onto each other's present. No wonder relationships are hard.

But it is not all that dark - there are ways around it and it takes awareness. Self-esteem is the foundation and goes hand in hand with awareness. When you genuinely know your own worth and who you are as a being,- not as an intellectual concept but as a lived, embodied truth - you don't need to fall into that rabbithole all the time.

Changing habbits, live THE self-love and self-reflect is some of the keywords in this episode.

  • #45 'Is it really true?'

    #45 IS IT REALLY TRUE?

    What is Christmas to you?
No, really - pause for a moment. Take a breath. What does this season actually mean to you?

Maybe it's the warmth of twinkling lights cutting through winter darkness. Maybe it's the bittersweet ache of nostalgia - memories of Christmases past, people no longer at the table, versions of yourself you've outgrown.

Do you recognize that particular cocktail of emotions this time of year brings? That strange mixture of melancholy and happiness, hope and heaviness? The joy of connection tangled up with the stress of expectations. The longing for peace while drowning in distractions, the shopping lists, the obligations, the endless noise telling you what this season should be.

But what if we used this time differently?

What if, instead of getting swept up in the chaos, we paused? We reflected. We turned inward instead of outward. Just for a moment.

Could Christmas time be a moment, where we reflect and wake up a little as we realize that nothing is as we really think? This season - right now - offers you something precious: Permission to slow down. To sense the power that lives within you, humming quietly beneath all the holiday noise. To remember something we so often forget in our rushing, striving, disconnected modern lives.

We are not separate. Not from each other. Not from the universe. Not from the divine mystery that breathes through all things. We're all here together. Spiritual beings. Creative forces. Gloriously odd entities having this strange, magnificent human experience.

We're on this trip together - each of us experiencing, growing, stumbling, and rising again.

So before this year ends, before you get lost in the should-dos and have-tos around Christmas, I'm inviting you to remember: You are powerful. You are connected. You are exactly where you need to be.
