Today we dive into a topic that is much needed in the coaching and self development space. It helps us become more self aware and helps us move our teams forward when they are stuck. Maybe their lack of productivity or tasks isn't because they are lazy. Most of this time it is not.
In business and especially network marketing we have to understand, no one thinks like WE do. So we have to dig deeper and do some uncovering of life stuff to get to the root of the insecurities keeping us and them from doing the work and doing it well.

These books I reference are must reads for learning to understand people and how to effectively communicate and move them forward to a better business outcome and life.
Ask the WHY. And THEN take the ACTION immediately. Waiting to get past the mental roadblock will not happen until you take the action, scared, and just do it. And please, be so proud of yourself, because it's one step towards a better life and mental health.
