 A place to tell my story and to hopefully help others heal. I am a mental illness survivor. Diagnosed with PTSD. MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER. PANIC DISORDER. GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER. Through my years of searching for my own healing and going through my own suffering I hope to show you that you are not alone and everyone's journey is different, but it gets better.
