  • What In The World Is Culture?
    Oct 14 2023

What comes to your mind when you hear the word, "culture"? Is it something you feel deeply connected to or is it an abstract concept with nebulous definitions?

In this week's episode, we build a baseline understanding of culture, explore some key distinctions surrounding cultural meta-groups, and discuss why it matters in the first place. Hopefully at the end of this episode you will have a working comprehension of one of the most important facets of human life.

If you'd like some resources on these subjects, I recommend these books. We have no affiliation with nor earn any incentives to recommend these materials.

  • The Future | A Breakdown
    Oct 6 2023

So what is this all about? In this week's episode we do a brief breakdown of our mission, which is to discuss culture, tell life stories, and explore the journey to healing.

Culture: As TCKs, we care deeply about culture because it's what we are or were immersed in during our most critical developmental years.

Life Stories: Stories are what cultures are built on and do we love a good story!

Healing: A big part of a TCK's life is about processing their inner world, traumatic life events, and finding purpose in a highly mobile lifestyle.
