- What do we stand for?
- What are you going to reward as a team? As a team, you’ve got to reward, recognize and challenge each other with a focus on behaviour:
- Psychometric profiling provides an understanding of communication styles which we can then use to build strong relationships
- Implement review and maintenance of your Culture Code in your workflow.
