 The Random Yogi podcast launches on January 2! This weekly podcast will be a combination of interviews and solo episodes and there will be two bonus episodes each month offering one of my signature yoga flows that I call Yoga Fusion as well as a guided meditation or some shadow work prompts. We’ve got several guests lined up — particularly in the fields of non-traditional healing — like EMDR, Quantum Touch, sound baths, and more.
