  • Friend or User? The Patterns People Ignore
    Dec 18 2025

In this episode, I talk about how to recognize when someone you consider a friend may be trying to use you—specifically within female friendships and social circles.

This isn’t about labeling people or assuming bad intent. It’s about observing patterns of behavior over time and learning to trust what your intuition is already picking up on. I discuss common signs such as one-sided effort, transactional favors, inconsistent communication, and friendships that only activate when someone wants something from you.

I also explain why I avoid diagnosing people or using clinical labels, and why I believe paying attention to repeated behavior is more useful than overanalyzing personality traits. Not everyone who attempts to use others succeeds, and awareness plays a big role in protecting your time, energy, and boundaries.

If you’ve ever felt confused, drained, or unsure about where you stand in a friendship, this episode is meant to offer clarity, perspective, and reassurance—without judgment or overcomplication.

You Can’t Fill a Black Hole — So Stop Trying

In this episode, I dive into the emotional, mental, and spiritual exhaustion that comes from dealing with what I call “black holes of need”—people, workplaces, relationships, or entire systems that can never be satisfied, no matter how much you give.

I open up about my own stress, my struggles with workplace hierarchy, and the pressure to accept environments that drain you. I also explore the myth of “lazy generations,” the power dynamics behind those stereotypes, and the universal truth that toxic expectations exist everywhere.

You’ll learn how black holes of need operate—through manipulation, guilt, fake praise, and endless demands—and how to recognize when you’re being pulled into one. Most importantly, I share practical, real-life strategies for protecting your time, energy, sanity, and self-worth.

This episode is for anyone who has ever felt:

    •overworked and underappreciated

    •guilty for setting boundaries

    •pressured to overperform

•manipulated by praise followed by demands

•emotionally drained by people who take and never give

•stuck in environments where exhaustion is glorified

If you’ve ever wondered why certain jobs, relationships, or people leave you feeling depleted, this episode will feel like someone finally put your experience into words.

Your time is valuable. Your energy is irreplaceable. And you can’t fill a black hole—so stop trying.

Tune in, take a breath, and reclaim your power.
