• No, Slaves Did Not Talk Like This
    Feb 21 2026

    Greetings Comrades & Fellow Travelers,

Most of us were taught that American Black Slaves spoke with this lazy, ignorant, and almost incoherent drawl when they spoke.

However, in this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we debunk the myth that slaves were inarticulate. Furthermore, we discover that many of them were brilliant writers and wordsmiths, which, at the end of the day, is why learning reading and writing was so severely punished.

The Black Slaves of North America DID NOT talk like stroke victims, and they achieved incredible literary feats despite being barred from writing and reading by the white supremacists.

We were told that they were mush-mouthed morons for a reason--for the purpose of further dehumanizing them and minimizing American slavery as the greatest crime in human history.

    Let's get into it.

    ✏️Hello All,

✏️My pen name is The Stormy Poet. I'm a published author, educator, and literary enthusiast.

✏️I created the Poethnic Justice Podcast because I believe literature has the power to transform society and that it's a powerful tool against the system of racism/white supremacy. Science shows the practice of engaging in literature, daily--reading and writing--expands our capacity for empathy, enhances our creative brain, sharpens our investigative skills, and increases our ability to think critically. It's these kinds of qualities that are instrumental in combating the inhumanity, barbarity, dishonesty, and low-level thinking systemic racism produces.

✏️Poethnic Justice is a space that utilizes the power of literature against injustice. It is an audio and visual extension of the written social commentary of my Eye Wall platform (https://thestormypoet.medium.com), and I use a combination of self-voiced commentary and audio overviews of the essays I compose.

✏️Thank you for taking time out of your day to tune in. If you've found what you've heard to be enriching, informative, practical, and empowering, please consider purchasing some of my published works or making a financial contribution to this platform (any dollar amount). This type of media only exists because of you, The People.

✏️Also, you're welcome to view my free audiobook on YouTube and wherever you get your podcast. It narrates a practical solution on how black people and those willing to pick up the fight alongside them can effectively and completely eradicate systemic racism/anti-black white supremacy from society: Code of Conduct Suggestion Guide for Surviving, Comprehending, and Fully Dismantling Systematic Racism/White Supremacy: For Descendants of Freedmen (DOF): https://linktr.ee/getoncode

  • Why FBAs Eat Black-Eyed Peas at New Year's
    Feb 18 2026

    Comrades, Friends, and Fellow Travellers,

On this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we celebrate the #2026newyear by highlighting a longstanding tradition held by Foundational Black Americans.

Many FBAs ring in the new season by preparing and eating black-eyed peas, collard greens/and or cabbage, and cornbread. But, today, we examine the origins of that tradition and why the practice is not just some superstitious act done for good luck--but, rather, why it's a culinary tribute to FBA ingenuity, survival, and emancipation.

Feel free to, RESPECTFULLY,, share your thoughts about today's topic in the comment section below to keep the constructive dialogue going.

    Feb 16 2026

    Comrades & Fellow Travelers,

We can't say we love our children if we leave a world behind for them that is polluted and desecrated.

In this edition of the Poethinc Justice Podcast, we discuss how a habitable planet for all CANNOT be achieved without CASH REPARATIONS for those who descend from American slavery being given.

  • Why Warm Winters Aren't "Nice Weather"
    Feb 14 2026

    Good Peeps,

🔥🔥Have you ever heard someone rejoice in the fact that it's 70 degrees in the middle of Dec? Better yet, have you, yourself, been gleeful that it's been unseasonably warm the past several winters when it should've been cold?

In this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we discuss why praising warm weather in winter is a form of Idocracy and how white supremacy led to this collective global mindset that ignores the existential threat every human being faces.

But, what are your thoughts? Your respectful feedback in the comment section is greatly appreciated.

  • Was Santa Claus a Black Man
    Feb 9 2026

    Hello Comrades & Fellow Travelers,

    Season's Greetings to you all.

As you all know, white supremacy doesn't take a holiday, and neither does the war effort against this unjust and demonic system. Therefore, I'm uploading on schedule this week, as usual, despite it being Christmas week.

Keeping in alignment with the season's theme of Santa and presents, let's further examine just who in the hell Santa Claus is. Furthermore, why do we acknowledge him, and why do we make it a point to convince our children that he exists?

And, would we have that same fervor to do so if we found out that the figure we know as Santa Claus was based on a black man?

Would we still celebrate Christmas with the same enthusiasm if the holly jolly white man we all know was based on the loving and caring nature of a black Saint?

In this edition of the Poethinc Justice Podcast, we discuss the black man who inspired the concept of Christmas as we know it.

Good Morning, Commrades, Fellow Travelers, & Brothers and Sisters,

I hope this message finds you well.

In this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, I just wanted to demystify any assertions that California wasn't and currently is not an anti-black racist slave state.

  • Descendant of Enslaver Gives Restitution to Slave Descendants
    Jan 24 2026

To the white members of my audience, if you genuinely want to fight systemic, anti-black racism, then, what Sarah Eisner is doing is the only effective way to do so.

She's not "just being friends with black people, just being racially sensitive, just speaking out against racism every now and then, just writing books about how bad white supremacy is, or just giving props to black people for overcoming the pitfalls of a system she's benefited from." Those are symbolic gestures that do nothing to directly challenge the white power structure. She is producing economic tangibles that strike at white supremacy's true power--its economy.

This is the ONLY kind of "allies" the FBA community needs and/or wants. To the white and non-black members of my audience, take notes from this woman's playbook.

In this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we discuss what white people fighting systemic racism actually looks like and what it should ONLY look like.

    One Love & One Justice,

When the Civil War is discussed, it's done so in the context that the Union "saved the slaves" and "liberated them from bondage."
