The Plan with Four Layers is the first episode of a mini-series discussing how to build a planning system. Why is that important? All big businesses and all military organizations have a planning system, because they know that any static plan is destined to fail.

As individuals, we do not have the need or ability to set up a planning department for our life – and we are not going to outsource that planning. But we must know the basic functions such planning systems and perform them regularly to keep our plans for our life flexible and up to date.

In this first episode of the series we look at the main components of a plan, the four layers of the plan.
