Rachel's journey with complex chronic illness began back in high school, where she suddenly felt an overwhelming fatigue while backpacking in Colorado. Now she works as a functional medicine health coach and helps teach others struggling with their health the insights she gained from over a decade as a patient navigating the medical system.
