In this episode, I touch on two things I know much about mental health and leadership. I have suffered from depression and anxiety since my early 20s and have managed for over 25 years.  From working and being managed, with depression and anxiety, one can affect the other. So, please listen and learn, and if you are a "silly rabbit," un-silly yourself.  You still have time.  You got this.

As a Gen X with nephews and nieces, I really think the kids nowadays cannot handle the way we were raised.  And to discuss this, I invited my longtime friend, Jennifer B. from Cambridge, to discuss the differences since she has a couple of rugrats of her own.
