    I am a recovering people pleaser. Throughout my life, time and again, I received the message that speaking my truth was dangerous. So I did what so many women do: I disappeared. I showed up in ways that aligned exactly with how others wanted me to be. I minimized my desires to meet the desires of those around me in exchange for a feeling of safety and belonging. Then I finally woke up to realize - the one person that I wasn’t pleasing was myself. Over the last decade I have walked a sacred path of reclamation, returning my energy to myself and my desires.
