In this episode, I had the pleasure of connecting with one of my Reiki Teachers, Joyce Leonard, about her experiences and her wisdom within the context of Reiki and what it means to truly embody it. She shares authentic concepts from the Reiki tradition and relates it to everyday life. Whether you know what Reiki is or not, this is a deeply spiritual yet digestible conversation that truly inspires a holistic and meaningful approach to life.

Joyce is the face of Santa Cruz Reiki Works and teaches all levels of Reiki in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California. She also offers other tools like hypnotherapy and Breathwork to support you in your journey for wherever you are or whatever you need. I highly recommend working with her or learning from her, as you will leave with a profound sense of connection to yourself and everything around you. At least that was the case for me!
